About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and the way inquiries, quotes and bookings work. By using the site, you agree to them. If you hire us, your signed client services agreement covers the actual services, and it controls if it differs from anything here.
Inquiries are not bookings
Sending an inquiry asks us for a quote. It does not reserve your date. Your date is held only after we confirm it with you and receive the deposit described below.
Quotes and pricing
- Catering is custom quoted. Prices shown on the site are starting points or examples, and your final price depends on your menu, quantities, guest count, hours, location and add-ons.
- Quotes are valid for one week unless the quote says otherwise.
- A non-refundable deposit secures your date and order. The remaining balance is due by the date in your agreement, before delivery or the event.
- A delivery fee may apply based on distance, location and setup needs.
Allergies and dietary needs
Please tell us about allergies and dietary needs before you choose your menu. We will do our best to accommodate them and will talk through ingredients with you, but we cannot promise that any dish is completely free of an allergen. Our kitchen prepares many dishes with shared equipment, surfaces and ingredients, so cross-contact can happen. If an allergy is severe, please weigh that risk before ordering, and you are always welcome to ask us questions first.
Recipes and wellness content
Recipes, articles and nutrition information on this site are for general information and inspiration. Nutrition values are approximate. They are not medical advice, so please speak with a qualified professional about your own health needs.
Cookbooks
Our cookbooks are in development. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase or a promise of a release date, and titles, content and timing may change.
Our content
The Chiifys name, logo, photos, recipes, articles and design belong to Chiifys Events & Catering unless noted. You may share links to our pages and cook our recipes at home. Please do not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Links to other sites
We may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Using the site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes, and do not submit false information, send spam through the forms, or try to disrupt the site. We provide the site as is and may change or remove content at any time. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
